Special decoration applied to General Dynamics F-16A block 20 MLU "Fighting Falcon" of 10 Wing - 31ste Smaldeel/31° Escadrille "Tigers" of Belgian Air Component (BAF) based to Kleine-Brogel AB carrying a special marking for the Tiger Meet 2017 in BAN Landivisiau, France.
Can't really tell for sure, but it looks like you placed the original French Navy roundel on the ventral fins. It' actually the Belgian roundel but with the French Navy anchor, meant as a wink.
Special decoration applied to a Dassault "Rafale" M of the Flotilla 11F of French Naval Aviation (NA) based in NAS Landivisiau with a special decoration for Tiger Meet 2017 which is held in Landivisiau NAS in France.
