No, AFAIK it is the stock set with the MAIW .bgls

I tried to merge this package with a scenery done by Gordon Perry. Results were very interesting. I might be inclined to work only with this package and add some buildings with EZ-Scenery. The one thing that I did previously was a seperate area for the MH-53s to the east side of the runways. This is altogether great stuff.
