2015's Pax River Update

Post by lancer27 »

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has installed the new 2015 version of Pax River by Hartwig Ullrich? The reason why I ask is because it looks very cool and adds new aircraft, but it is for FS9. I am concerned that since it is an upgrade for FS9 that it may not work/run well in FSX. I have not yet installed it, but wanted to ask if anyone else had any experiences with it yet?

He mentions the conversion issues into FSX in his thread, it sadly doesn't convert well into FSX in my set up. Out of the box, autogen on ramps and elevation issues with coastlines. I worked what I could, but decided to just not fly out of there during free flight. Also in that part of the US, I've got pretty low framerates with all the mil and civ AI flying around.

I'm using it in FSX steam and it works well. The only issue is an over saturation of aircraft and one ramp. Other then that it looks great.
