JASDF T-400 question

Post by Joseph29 »

For the JASDF T-400's would ATC for P3D be like this atc_model=BE40? Or should the atc_model= line be something different to get ATC to call the plane more accurate?

Hi Joseph,
It all depends on what atc_model voice files are available in the sim or have been made using editvoice if it works with P3D. I am not sure if anyone has done a list of what aircraft types are available in the default P3D atc system.

Ok thanks. I have the MAIW T-1's installed in P3D and the atc_model= line for that plane is atc_model=T-1. I don't have editvoice for P3D yet, but when I do get it I want to have the model line for the T-400 right.

Hi Joseph,
According to ICAO the type designator for the T-400 is BE40.
You can look up the types here.
