Special design applied to a Northrop T-38C "Talon" of 87th Flying Training Squadron (87th FTS) FAIP (First Assignment Instructor Pilot) - Flying training for EURO-NATO pilot candidates of US Air Force (USAF) based at Laughlin Air Force Base with with a special "FAIP Mafia" scheme.
