Tried that it comes up as not working for some reason
JUSTICE.vcpmod (JUSTICE): Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

OK I figured out why this is not working.
The author builds the word using the sound identifier ATC_NAME CURTIS. However the correct name in FS9 is ATC_NAME CURTISS.

If you load JUSTICE.vcpmod into your favourite text editor and then amend each case of "ATC_NAME CURTIS" to "ATC_NAME CURTISS" then it will load and work OK.
