Italian Navy EH-101

These will complement the John Youngs EW-101 models. There are 3 versions:

Carrier (folding rotors VTOL),
Frigate (folding rotors and a custom take off as it moves sideways from the rear flight deck to avoid the ship's superstructure)
Land based (with fixed rotors)

The ASW EH-101-110 and the AEW EH101-112 are included.

Correct callsigns are included. Flightplans will be done by Bismark.

Currently only FS9 but it will be converted by the MAIW Team shortly.

I've used the HMS Lancaster for testing in the English Channel. I don't know if there are any Italian Frigates available. The Cavour aircraft carrier is available on AVSim. This is positioned in the Adriatic and it will be the home to the Italian F-35B.

I'll put a link to it in the readme.
