I am not sure what you are asking.
Are you asking if it does work in FSX:SE, or whether it can be made to work in FSX:SE?

Have you tried to install it?

Honestly, I have not used FSX in about 10 years been on P3d since 64bit... So I have no intention of backwards compiling everything... and I compiled everything for P3dv4+ in theory, ADE, AIFP, and MCX could be used to re-compile everything for FSX... The only thing missing would be my flatten/exclude files (which only affect the carriers themselves) and guess I could share the .ad4s for those... Right now I have other projects and requests on my plate... As Steve can tell you at the moment I am in Phantom land...

As the old saying goes... When all else fails, read the directions... From my "readme.txt" file:

"Installation:

1. Place the folders in the addon scenery into your scenery library and activate them. It is extremely important that the carrier flattens be at a higher priority than the carriers scenery. Otherwise, this may cause the effect of the "water rising to deck level" and the ship itself sitting on top of a water plateau with the AI aircraft at the bottom of the ship."

The flattens are set to a higher priority in the scenery library than the rest of the folders? That is an absolute must and failure to do so will cause that issue...

So for what it's worth I just re-checked my files in ADE they line up perfectly... In the sim here is the screen shot... I am a V 5.4 user myself. But I have asked Dan to check into it and see if he has any issue since he is a V4 user. But on my end I cannot replicate the issue...

I know it is the P3dv4 version, that is the only version we made, and I compiled the .bgl files at V4 .bgls... Which works on V4+... In my case I am a V5.4 user and my V4 compiled .bgls work fine in my copy of V5... So unless Dan can replicate it in V4, and we have not had any other issues reported with this, it has to be something in your setup...

Just checked on my system & it all looks good.

What Mason is referring to is the order the folders are in the scenery library, it should look like this:

Please ignore the FTXAA line.

Zsolt, do you have this issue anywhere else at all?

Yes Dan is a V4 user and his screen shots are in V4. Here is how it looks on my scenery library list... Note the two test folders were for dev purposes and not actively in use...

It has to be either a lack of flatten files, or they're in the wrong priority in the scenery library.

Can you 100% confirm that you have the 2 files attached above in the flatten folder please?

Also, does this happen anywhere else at all?
