There's nothing wrong with it on a technical basis so I'm not sure what your specific issue is. Activity? Stability? Latest file upload? Please specify and someone can answer the question.

It says we are currently rebuilding our website after a site upgrade broke our template I’m also wondering what happened to the briefing room

Andy... the answer is literally there...

So we can no longer show the old website with the briefing room. But transferring everything to the new template is so much work that nobody has done it (yet) except for the download hangar and forums.
