Mike Macintyre has informed me that he does not give permission to share the edited repaints he made.

I just thought I'd keep everyone posted on the progress. I've got a number of the AFCADs completed and approx. 1/2 of the flightplans for the 174th FW. I've also compiled a pretty good list of tailnumbers for the 177th FW and 109th AS

There's a package at Flightsim.com that has a bunch of New Jersey airport scenery - a lot of small GA airports and Atlantic City Intl. The KACY scenery's not that bad (although the FAA hangar and the ANG hangar are huge and funny looking, and there's a lot of static airplanes that need to be excluded out). The AFCAD needed massive fixing because the parking spaces are totally messed up, but the aprons look nice. Judicous use of excludes, and reworking the AFCAD can make this a winner. I've tweaked the AFCAD enough to support my traffic, and eventually I'll exclude out the more offensive looking hangars and static GA airplanes. Looks like the authors used Google Earth to position the hangars, so they are at least in the right place, and it looks better than the MS default. Man I wish scenery authors would put the static planes in separate bgls...

Okay; send me any tailnumbers you can find and I'll make repaints for them... also, for the Cobras, should we make low or high viz textures?

You can try this site out as well...it can be a bit cumbeersome if the aircraft has no tail letters, otherwise, you have to search by registration numberhttp://www.scramble.nl/milbase.htm[/url]

Most of the flightplans are written for the 174th...basically just have a 4-ship deployment to Iraq left to write.

Any ideas on where to send the 177th FW out of NJ? They are the next set of plans to write up. 8)

I'm finally back; sorry, but I've been busy as hell lately. I'll try to get some F-16 repaints done soon.

Also, the 177th has been deployed to Iraq several times; might as well write flightplans for them from ACY to Baghdad.

No worries! I've been a bit pre-occupied as well and have had to back off the project some.

That's alright. Anyway, I've totally finished the F-16 paintkit, now I just need to make textures for each airframe (and retexture those godawful Sidewinders):

EDIT: Never mind; that's done:

Zaku, your pantkit is impressive. The weathering effect is so realistic! Well done!

Thanks! But the panel lines are actually from the Kirk Olssen Viper paintkit. I did add weathering, warning markings, and a lot of other effects, though.

That's actually Hrvoje Kovacevic's aircraft...talk about old school! Mike did that repaint.

Ah; explains why the file is named "hkf16." Simviation doesn't have the original aircraft, but that still works fine for repaints. I'll upload my .psd once this project is done.
