Ouch!

Reminds me of a time on exercise in Germany in the 80's. We were billeted in the gym of a German Army camp and all the helis (Britsh Army Lynx and Gazelle and German Army CH-53s) were parked on the parade square. We were woken at 3am by the tail of a CH-53 crashing through the gym windows. The parade square was on a slight slope and, for some reason, they hadn't chocked the heli! An expensive mistake!

Someone will be living off of a minimum heath and welfare payment instead of a regular paycheck for many moons unless they decide to write the damage off. Ouch!
