one little question for you. You have any idea where i can get military fonts for repainting. I have no idea what font to use.
Hope you guys can help me.

That font originally is payware but if you search on google, you'll find free downloads too...
Beware though that some digits like the 5 and 7, are different from what many NATO countries use..
many thanks for your quick response. I found what i was looking for. Steve, i'm not painting anything special, i'm just trying how to repaint. Currently i'm trying to paint some Spangdahlem A-10's. Lets see how it wil work out.
Thanks again to you all.
BTW i really love the TOP GUN package (haven't found my name on one of those jets yet)

There are already re-paints available of SP A-10's on AVSIM, just in case you need the aircraft but not the work...
As for repainting, there's tons of info and tutorials on www.simmerspaintshop.com, suggest you check that out in case of questions
For the Saudi aircraft I just use an arabic font I downloaded from somewhere, google to find it.
Sometimes a search of wikipedia will produce the name of the air force in the original language. You will find that quite often you can just copy and paste from the website straight into your program and get exactly the same.
I am not sure what I have now but in my early days of painting I used to do the same but I used the arabic text from Saudi Arabia Airlines
Graham King
Why can’t they keep the colours in the bloody paint pots and just leave them grey
But if you, in spite of all the good news, are still to complete your Saudi aircraft, have another suggestion for you;
As I assume your Arabic is about as good as mine - lousy - it's easy to write wrong verbs on an aircraft (before you know it you're on a deadlist).
What I would normally do is go to any what modelling hobbyshop, and see if I can find a scan of a decal sheet which I then manipulate in Photoshop and use on my aircraft. Same I do with most special paints
Does anyone here do what i do by, copying a photo, then making the colours all the same etc, like on a photo you might have 20 black but then you make them all the same black?
