Can anyone identify this airbase its in the Al Anbar area of Iraq.

The base you are trying to identify is the H-3 airfield I believe.

H3 doesn't look like that now. Flown over it in 2005 while supporting the USMC.

SMOC you were right I checked out the maps on that website to the sat photos and the russian map is what gave it away.
