USAF Traffic at EDDF

Hi guys,

I am in the process of upgrading to EDDF 2008 from Aerosoft and it occurred to me that I never updated my military traffic on the south side of the airport even though USAF closed operations there in late 2005. My question: where have those operations moved? Should I move all those flights to Ramstein or Spangdahlem, or were they spread out all over? Thanks in advance.

I have lots of military traffic there too, especially C17 traffic. I thought about changing it myself but like you I have no idea where to send them. Hopefully MAIW will update that?

Found my answer on Wikipedia:

"With the closure of Rhein-Main Air Base in 2005, the Rhein-Main Transition Program was initiated to transfer all its former transport capacities to Ramstein Air Base (70%) and Spangdahlem AB (30%)".

Thanks for that info. On a related note do you (or anyone) have a good AFCAD for the default FS9 Ramstein?

I'm looking for one, too. The one I have has a decent amount of cargo spots but none for combat. I may just break down and create one of my own. Will post here if I do so.
