I'm russian, but I'm not angry. :)
Discontent of our politicians in that they see a potential orientation antimissiles to Russia. Now yes, there are no chances of interception nuclear arsenal of Russia, but technologies develop. Military and politicians see in it danger to an existing order based on the guaranteed destruction.
