Hawk crashes into RAF Cranwell Tower car park

Glad to hear the crew are alive.

I do hope that this doesn't lead to the Hawk being grounded during the inquiry as the Red Arrows would be grounded too during their display season.

Sure glad the crew got out, but bet the guys in the tower got a bit of a pucker.

How strange, I watched this aircraft take off earlier, after being picked up from storage. They'd been doing engine runs on it for nearly a week - noisy gits.

Glad to hear the crew are OK.

Unfortunatly the passengers and crew of the Spanair MD-82 leaving Madrid Barajas today could not eject :(

Was in the village at the time of the crash on a job (ambulace service), didn't here a thing and was no smoke. If our patient hadn't of travelled, we would of been first on scene. At incidents like that though, the Raf don't let civil ambulance crews near the flight crew. A SAR seaking was on scene in mins.
