China Lake

Post by Paul »

I'm in the process of making an AFCAD for China Lake since the default AFCAD had no parking spots.

That looks like the MAIW Field and Yuma sceneries. We have more and more custom scenery coming soon ;)

I think those are from the Top Gun scenery package and from the MAIW Air Base Objects library.

BTW, wave to my brother, he works out at the base.

Thanks guys, the scenery I'm making is from a bunch of the MAIW packages. I'd be glad to share it with you if I get permission from MAIW and the authors when it's done.

If you post here or email the scenery-placement bgl I don't think we would mind. Of course, you can't post the libraries or textures.

I'm trying to put those shelters into an FSX Eglin and the hangar into an FSX Scott scenery using ADE. Would someone be willing to tell me which parts of which bgls do the shelters and hangars come from?

I understand that the shelters are from the Yuma and the hangar from the Top Gun scenery, but the bgls contain lots of objects and I'm struggling to locate the specific ones.

Many thanks.

The AI F-18 is found @ avsim. AI_FA-18.ZIP
and most of the repaints are from Graham King

Sorry, I don't know anything about FSX or ADE. I'm using abacus ez scenery and the aircraft shelters are found in the

MAIW_aircraft_shelter_library.bgl

the MAIW hanger is in the

MAIW_bldgs_library.bgl

I hope this helps.
