What's the procedure for requesting permission to include an MAIW file in an individual's package? In this case the maiw_aircraft_shelter_library. With the aircraft models it's usually easy to identify the author of a model, but I can't see who created the models in this library.
The scenery I'm hoping to release doesn't require the libraries, but it will be easier for people who haven't got the MAIW packages installed to experience the shelters and hopefully encourage them to download the full packages.
Thanks for any advice (fingers crossed).

You would need the permission of each individual author who contributed models to that library. Finally, even if given permission, you would have to change the name. We do not allow the MAIW moniker to be used.

Which shelter models do you need specifically? I put the library together and know who made which models, etc.
If you just need a couple models, I'm sure you could work that out with the specific author.

Mike,
I'm not at home at the moment and I can't remember specifically which models. I'll look them up later. It's not desperately important as the programme only links to the library if it's already installed. So if the user has the MAIW scenery library installed and activated they'll see the shelters, if not then the scenery will still work, but the shelters will obviously not be present.
Thanks

Mike,
Thanks for the offer, I think the best way would be for me to advise anybody who downloads the scenery to also download, install and activate the appropriate MAIW package. That way they get the benefit of the MAIW package and my scenery enhanced by the aircraft shelters.
If they choose not to do so, they get a basic AFCAD without the shelters.
This way there won't be the issue of permission or the MAIW moniker being used with a library.
Thanks for your time
