UAE Air Force

Post by CelticWarrior »

Hi,

I'm working on an AFCAD for Al Dhafra AB in Abu Dhabi (OMAM), this is a huge air base that houses not only the UAEs Mirage 2000s, F-16s and AH-64s, but masses of USAF aircraft as well. Since I've been working on it in FS there has been quite a bit of MAIW traffic including USAF U2s, E-3s, C-130s and F-15s and French Mirages.

Just GE it and see how big it is - the default FS airfield is a single runway.

There are plans and paints available for some Mirages, plans for the C-130s and repaints for the F-16s and I'm wondering, does anyone have plans for the UAE F-16s or repaints for their C-130s?

Thanks for your help :)

I have an AFCAD I started for OMAM. I can shoot it to you if you want. It has the new runway.

Thanks Scott, but I'm at an advanced stage already on mine. It's a time consuming job with all those shelters and aprons, I'm sure you'll agree!

Thanks for the offer :)

Gary,

When I'm done with the AFCAD you'll be first to know; swap for the M2000 plans  . In the meantime still looking for C-130, AH-64 and CN-235 paints.

No repaints for the C-130s? The flightplans said there were repaints available and there was a screenshot too, but I couldn't find any.

Guess I'll have to use some generic paints.
