I don't think so. He touches down left of the camera and moves to the right, then he backs up (toward the left) and lifts off right in front of the camera.

If its the one I saw at Farnborough a few years ago it was a RAF Chinook and that the crew flies UK Special Forces. I think it was described as how they off load the troops on the move so they wont get hit by ground fire.
