Hello!
I uploaded a package with 44 IFR flightplans with destinations around the world on Avsim. All are in the .PLN format and are meant to be used with airliners, but nothing prevents you from flying them with your favourite military cargo! They have been made with FS2004's flight planner utility and should be definitely better than the straight routes the programs shows you, as they use navaids and airways.
