Wow!
Waiting for it!
Anyway those seem to me MiG-27s, not 23s!

Export GA -23s did have the nose of the -27s.

Intersting, didn't know that... so it means they also have a different radar!

There were two export types of -23.
The fighter version that had a radar, but simpler radar than the Russian one and no BVR missiles. NATO codename Flogger-E.
The attack version had the same nose as the Flogger-D, MiG-27, a laser range finder instead of a radar but had simpler electronics. NATO codename Flogger-H.

This is very simplistic. Also consider Warsaw Pact as Russian, for fighter version and export for GA version.

I hope this helps but should my memory have collapsed I am sure that somebody will let me know.

Nice repaints, Luciano!

Just a small correction- this one is not SBAI, it's Sergey Iwanov Scorpio9999 (SIAI?) model (never finished though...).

If Nick Black/MAIW release an AI set that includes the Mirage F1AD you can replace those in your images with the correct one that had the retracting refueling probe. I don't think their F1ED had the refueling probes. Plus both had the fin extension so it will require a new model.

Yeah.
I'd like to contribute to build a specific MAIW Lybian package, but ... they don't seem to ear me! :D
I hope Nick take your invitation ... the texture will be the same (i think).

New Libyan C130H repaints in a new grey colour scheme.
Two tail numbers: 115 and 118
Upload today on AVSIM.
LARAF_C130s_HLLB.jpg
The camouflage repaint is by Michael Pearson.
The package has AFCADs and traffic file (not optimized, but functionally)
Enjoy!

Today on avsim and avsim.ru.
LARAF_AN-26.jpg
Antonov AN-26 Libyan Arab Air Force, with AFCADs and flight plans.
This is the real one:

Quite similar. Isn't it?

That does look very good. The only two things that I would ask about is that in the picture the nose cone seems to be darker than the fuselage, where as in the repaint picture it looks lighter. Is this just a trick of the light?
Also the real picture seems to indicate a green band around the fuselage. Do you know if this is a one off or whether it was standard?

Yes. sure.
see the attached file.
You can find AFCADs inside the package.
About Firebird's suggestions:
Yes, You are right. I'll made some corrections. Thank you.
I think the green band is a standard. I'll study better the question!

Luciano,
I have downloaded the paints and they look good. The only other thing I have noticed is that the fuselage strakes, either side of the cargo door, are grey in the picture but white on your model.

Hi Nick

cheers for quick reply. Have just looked in that package and there is no model folder
named "model.f1ct_intercept" which is called in the LARAF_F1_README.txt that
comes with Luciano's repaints

Should it be "model.f1ct_air_to_air"
