All carrier versions of the Phantom had extendable nose gear oleo struts. For the British F-4Ks the extension was increased to 40 inches because of the smaller carrier decks and shorter catapults.
I don't find the data for the US Navy Phantoms right now, but as far as I remember the nose gear extension was nearly doubled for the F-4K.
The texture mapping for the F-4B and F-4C model is identical except for the external stores and the brake chute of the F-4C model.
Also none of the pictures of VF-191 and VF-194 Phantoms I found showed them carrying two wing tanks.
The US Navy usually only used the center tank except for long-range missions contrary to the USAF which regularly used two wing tanks.
