I am a keen supporter of the Avro Vulcan and all the problems that have occured since the idea of getting ity flying again were mooted around
The Vulcan is currently at RAF Lyneham in wiltshire under going winter servicing for the 2010 season.The Vulcan to the sky trust have had a lot of trouble finding monies to keep this ageing aircraft flying, indeed by the end of February they had given all their staff 1 months notice.
But a generous donation has come along at a critical time inabling the aircraft to be put back in the air where it belongs for the 2010 season.
There is a web site TVOC that is the official web site of the Vulcan to the Sky trust.
Visit it its well worth it and perhaps donate to keep this wonderfull aircraft flying well into 20011/20012/20013 and beyond.
