I know that Daryl did a few general paints plus a good selection for Leuchars. Chris Brown did some for the Wildenrath retro package a year ago. Andy Nott released some when the model first came out.

Does this help?

flightsim.com - fmai_f4_.zip FS2004 AI McDonnell Douglas F-4M Phantom FGR2. Twenty textures only for the McDonnell Douglas FGR2 by Fernando Martinez, representing Nos. 19, 23, 29, 43, 56, 92 and 111 Squadrons plus No. 228 OCU and 1435 Flight. You will need the base aircraft (AI_FGR2.ZIP) for these textures to work. Repaints by Daryl Payne.
