Can't find BglComp.exe

Every time I try to Compile an airport, I get a Cannot File BglCopm.exe.
The computer has been restored, and I know I've forgotten something.
If there is a list of things that have to be installed, Where is it, If not can I get a List?

You need to install this first.

Downloaded file, Repaired file still getting same error. Removed and reinstalled file, still getting same error.
Went to settings, options, folders, selected find, got Cannot find SDK.

Not sure then, maybe best to try there support forum. You cannot be the only person this has happened too.
