As far as I noticed ADE9 (I have FS2004) doesn't allow you to assign a designator to the taxiways (but you can assign a number to the parking spots). ...
Hey James,
you can assign a designator to taxiways. First add (+) a name, then you can assign this name to a taxiway.

FANTASTIC!
Thanks Horst!
Just give me the time to fix it and I'll re-release it!

Hehe. You'll be amazed how many nice features ADE9 has once you've read the manual. It's something you have to bite through I'm afraid.

"Ah, does this happen to you with other sceneries I released as well, such as Aviano?"

Aviano ok although my KC135 was directed to one of the fighter aircraft shelters so I guess the radius of some of the parking spaces are set too high.

Thanks, I've also tested Skrydstrup and it didn't cause any similar trouble. I did assign designators and added taxiway signs but nothing changed.
I'll re-release the sceneries with some fixes in the next few days.
As for the parkings at Aviano, the ones i used for the HASs have a 26 meters radius and have the codes for 555th and 510th FW. I'll reduce them at 16 meters which is enough for the HTAI F-16.

Hi again James,

Another superb piece of work, excellent! I had to move a few textures around like the Aviano release but got there fairly quickly. Just one query, which I think somebody else has hit upon above as well. Any reason why the parking for small tactical jets is 26M? I noticed it with the Aviano release when a couple of C-130's parked themselves in the HAS's! I just found a EP-3 (radius 20M) in one of the small fighter style revements at Kunsan, with it's wings sticking through the walls on the South part of the base along the North/South runway. I had a look at the AFCAD and found plenty of large 44M cargo parking free so I'm thinking if the fighter parking was reduced to say 16-18M that would force them into the right spots, and still keep the fighters in the right slots. I would modify it myself but these new ADE9X files always go wrong when I try it, even after some coaching on the forums. It's not a big deal and you've done some great work so many thanks for your efforts.

Thanks to you for your kind words, Gary!
'm glad you like my sceneries and appreciate my efforts, but unfortunately they are not as perfect as they should be!
Well, nothing can be, and in fact that's why I always ask for your feedback, because there is always something to learn!

Gents,

Just one further item I've just noticed, although it's a repaint and flightplan issue. One of the 80FS aircraft will not show if the textures and flightplans are added as released. Aircraft '-2054' is shown as a FY89 aircraft on the aircraft CFG file, but the Aircraft entry in the Flightplan text file has this marked as FY88 bird, and the typo means it wil not show up. Easily corrected I know but also easily missed.
