Problem adding to cfg for new traffic

My laptop with all my FS9 stuff died and i have added the program to my PC as a result. I spent all night adding all the MAIW downloads and now have added other stuff. When i add textures for additional aircraft (i.e) Spangdahlem, it wont let me save the added aircraft to the notepad on the cfg. file. The only difference between my laptop is it uses Vista and i also have FSX loaded. I really want to get ETAD, Kadena and others added but not looking good without adding to the cfg. Any ideas?

again, it's the admin right's kicking in ? you need to turn it off, go online or you tube and type 'turning off admin rights with vista'
and all will work fine
