Would make a nice Christmas gift but there isn't a tree big enough to park it under,not even a California redwood!

BTW, Battleship Bismarck sank on 27 May 1941 at 10:36 am. During the entire operation died about 3400 men. (RIP)

including the crew of the Hood...only 3 survived from that ship, and 110 odd from Bismark, a harrowing thought...

Nice choice. The Yamato was so modern looking compared to other ships of its age. I have the Hood and the New Jersey to do. I've always liked the look of the Scharnhorst so that is also on the list to do.
