I didn't know that Guenther, that explains a little more of the story. Typical of the British press not to mention that

With that many aircraft there are we sure that this strip in the desert wasn't actually an airport?

I suppose, it were 3 different missions ...

the C-160 went to Jakharrah Airport, I have no info about the C-130 targets
