MSE doesn't report any issues, neither did Norton when I had it. The package has been left in an manual install state for a couple of years now.

I believe it was the C604 model file that it said was infected. Can anyone confirm the file is infected with another AV prog.
Mine is AVG.

I use Avast and that came back with no problems on my part, and it did pick up a trojan a couple of days ago...

The DHFS repaints for the squirrel are for the AI model by Tamus and Peter Nemeth available at Hovercontrol!

So the question now is what are you guys going to use for the Griffin (B412) AI model? I know at least one modeler was working on converting the Hovercontrol 412 for AI, not sure of the status.

At the moment the choice isn't good so It would be nice if that AI version became available.

No infection is or has ever been reported in VOZ AI packages. As for ADF AI, Again it has been out on the website for years without any infections ever being reported and I have run it for many years without any infection found as a result of it.
Not totally sure about this, but permissions may be needed for the third party use of dedicated VOZ AI models.

Hovercontrol have seven files of ai helicopters, some 30 choppers in all! among them is a model for a Bell 205 UH-1H Iroquis, for which there are a couple of RAF repaints ,plus a DHFS one available at Hovercontrol. I have been using them for a couple of years with no problems!

We should do a list of all AI choppers we know of and point to them

Okay,no link, but go to various-misc page 17 on the hovercontrol files. There you will find aiheli_1 to 6 file packages. File 7 is on page 16.There is a Merlin, puma and Gazelle all included. You can find mil repaints on the site for all the models, but it's so long since I downloaded them that I no longer have the file nos. Ther is one RN (grey) repaint for the Merlin,3AAC repaints for the gazelle and 2 RAF repaints for the Puma. All work perfectly fine for AI

A valid point, Mark, but we have blanket permission from Elvis to use his models. I am not aware of any exceptions.

Just be advised guys the ai_heli downloads contain no models, only the cfg and airfiles to make those models perform as AI with the "stremme_as_motoglider" airfile. None of the models list are AI.

Search "ZZZH" on HC:
http://www.hovercontrol.com/cgi-bin/ifo ... 0&bool=and

That will give you the AI S-70A and B models, using the J. Moore HC H-60 as a base and AI UH-1, increased LOD's but all needed more work and are WIP, but very usable as is. The S-70s (H-60s) are from the same ADF package. Both the Hawk and Huey OSDs are on the site if anyone wants to take on the rebuilding as AI challenge. I somewhat started the H-60's, but have a long way to go to get to MAIW quality.

There is a AI B212 that has been out for ages, at least it has the modern nose like the Griffins.

Also the packs contain kits to convert flyable models to AI. For example the Gazelle is one LOD at 30K+ polys. To have a base foull of them would make your system shudder beyond belief.

Yeah you have to find the paints for the models.
If you read the readme included in the AI packages it lists the files names you need...

I cant get that AI HH60 working in FSX, it just sits there....wont taxi.

Barry,
I'm using the above ZZZH S-70 model with the textures I mentioned in the other thread with no issues out at the Jolly pad in FSX.
