Re: RAF Valley Squirrel
I can confirm that no Squirrels are based at RAF Valley, but there are a number of Griffins belongs to SARTU, DHFS based there. Squirrels from Middle Wallop deploy there occassionally for mountain flying training, and from RAF Shawbury for winching training for RN students.
Squirrels are based at RAF Shawbury and the AAC Middle Wallop.
If you're after Squirrel reg numbers I can provide those, free of charge.

Re: RAF Valley Squirrel
This reminds me that Elvis's Squirrel is very under utilized. It would be nice to see a little Shawbury package, although I suppose we really need a griffon for completion.

Re: RAF Valley Squirrel
The model that was used in Joecoastie's Customs Border Patrol pack is the "Elvis" Jones AS350BA. Still looking to see where I got it from, I've also never checked it out in ACM, but it was designed as AI.

Found it! It is in the ADF AI package by the old Voz gang, that includes one model called RAN. I don't know if any other models were done.
Anybody got any clues?

Re: RAF Valley Squirrel
Repaint for DHFS by eric norton for this model at AVSIM, as350_dhfs. There are also repaints for the griffon model in RAF and DHFS paint schemes.

I have the AS-350 zipped up if any one wants it. It's too big to attach here, but send me a PM with your email and I'll forward it.

Re: RAF Valley Squirrel
I downloaded it earlier, and when opening it, my anti-virus prog reported one of the aircraft files had a virus.
I believe it was the C604 model file that it said was infected. Can anyone confirm the file is infected with another AV prog.
Mine is AVG.
