Hi Chaps,

Is it possible to change the aircraft.cfg file of let's an Alouette III (chopper with landing gear) with the aircraft.cfg of a Cessna? So it can at least perform a rolling taking off and landing?

We have different packs of the Royal Netherlands Air Force brewing in our heads and one with Alouettes would be great!

Yes, but appropriate adjustments will be required to make it work properly. Creating rolling fixed wing aircraft like takeoffs and landings for AI helicopters are not a problem, but creating helicopter like takeoffs and landings are.

There is an ai mil-8 which does some of the things which in my opinion an ai helicopter should do.

It´s a bit hard on framnewrates, has (I believe) only 1 LOD and is not exactly easy to paint but I think it could be a beginning.
