I reckon an A-10 would haul just about anything you strapped to it.

Hmm.... guess if the boys over at Selfridge start running out of practice bombs, they can start dropping fire extinguishers on Grayling!
So, cost cutting can be funny!

I just tried to setup something with the VRS superhornet, recorded the flight but when I went to play it back with another VRS bug I get a CTD. happening to anyone else?

I haven't tried any yet using the VRS model. I'm afraid my cpu might melt under all those polygons and graphics....
One cool thing is that Recorder files can be shared among different FS users. I made a quick recording last night of two F-16s that take off from Nellis, fly a wide left pattern, come back and fly an overhead break for 3L and land. I was able to swap in pretty much any of my aircraft that I have in my folder and watch them all fly the flight as if I had used them instead. Way cool!
We might have to set up a Recorder files sharing thread.

I was afraid of this.. I know it was an issue with the last version of Recorder.. Did you use the Ver2 Beta?

Hey the FMAI Mirage 2000 works ok for use in Recorder. It doesn't have all the XML goodies that most MAIW models do.
Made this little video last night. It's two separate Recorder tracks originally done with the K.O. Viper. I then play those two aircraft, then play them again with a 5 second delay from the first pair, for a total of 4 aircraft flying at the same time. Pretty cool.

Sorry, I guess I should mention that. I record the play'ed back flights using FRAPS, then into WMM for editing. I wish I had Vegas, you can do some really cool stuff with it that you can't do using WMM.
The nice thing is that you can play the recordings forward and backward all you want. You can change the weather or time of day at will, unlike AI formation flights where you have to be there at the right time and place to get them. This you can do all day long, swap in any aircraft you want, and watch it over and over, and even switch to another aircraft in your recording to view it. The possibilities are endless.

Yes it is. Alittle bit heavy when use it, because I use the alphasim's Su-27.

Yea all those polys start to add up. I've found that by reducing all of my scenery sliders, that helps quite a bit. If you don't need pretty scenery when you are actually doing the recorded flight, it makes a big difference. Then you can always turn the scenery sliders back up as you replay the flights.

So that's why I can't use some of my recordings. Thanks Mike!

Another quick video I put together showing some of the many functions that can be used with this version of FS Recorder.
