Looking for a good Randolph AFB AFCAD

Does anyone have a good AFCAD for James S. Shaddox's Randolph AFB scenery that is found on avsim (rafb2006.zip)? Also how do you deleted the static aircraft that comes with the scenery? (there's no file with "static" in it's name)
