Across the southwest USA

Post by MIKE JG »

Lots of different AI spotted in and around the Nellis ranges:

Beale AFB U-2 with the Senior Spear/Span recon payload:

Pair of Travis AFB KC-10 heavies in the flight levels:

A quartet of Canadian Hornets:

Another Beale AFB based U-2, this time the U-2ST used for training:

F/A-18 Hornets of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323 based at MCAS Mirimar:

Boss's bird from VMFA-323, still one of my favorite Hornet schemes:

Non-military but still a nice model to see, EMB-190:

A pair of Hill AFB Vipers in close formation:

A JANET Beech 1900C bringing workers from Palmdale into the NTTR:

A Creech AFB MQ-9B Reaper with a full combat load looking for targets inside the Nellis range complex:

This Cessna 172 is taking his chances as he transits one of the busy military operations areas:

More USMC Hornets, this time from Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 101, the Sharpshooters:

Those Hill Vipers look like they just joined up on the tanker.

Nice shots Mike. Where did you get the JANET Beech 1900C from by the way?

I did the JANET repaint for the HTAI 1900C myself. Just say so if you want it and the flight plans.

I have a small EG&G (Janet) package from avsim by R. Martin dated AUG 2011. Includes repaints for both HTAI B200's and B1900's and FP's.

Even better, I'll probably download that one myself instead. If you have the Nellis package and Easter Egg scenery installed you can send the 1900s to Tonopah and Basecamp if he didn't use those airports.
