flyable MAIW MQ-9 Reaper @flightsim.com

Post by hawk_sh »

Just wondering whether this package is legal?
I do not see any readme with the credits for Mike.

filename is mq9.zip (@flightsim.com)

It will be on display in a basketball gym soon.....

Gotta admit the guy is pretty ballsy. He hijacked my work and a couple other people's work as well. Didn't even bother to leave his name or contact info.

Thanks for the heads up Hartwig.

This guy also used my MGAI_MQ-9B_Reaper FDE and removed my heading with its PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE tag. Then the idiot didn't even make any effort to disguise his plagiarized aircraft.cfg file. Guys like this really tick me off. All he had to do was ask Mike and I and I'm sure he would have gotten our blessing. :(

I emailed flightsim about it already. Hopefully they'll take it down as he also stole that scenery for Grey Butte which one of the maiw forum members made.

    Mike

There are contact details in the scenery text file. Whether they belong to the bad guy or he stole the scenery also, who knows?

Stew I think those are the details from that scenery package (a separate package all together) which can be downloaded from Fltsim and AVSIM. That author made that scenery with my help and full knowledge and even thanks me in the included readme for the help. So I doubt it's the same person.
