Well, it's been released - but as (fairly cheap, $8,99) payware. That'll get you 16 models, 73 repaints, and 55 flightplans, and you can apparently request more.

Like the SBAI Mil model packages, they've stuffed it with afcads, which might be a good chance to explore some brilliant lesser known sceneries (some of the Ukranian stuff was - especially Kharkiv).
