Copyright's violation?

I've just installed the Persian Airport pack found on AVSIM (file:ps_airports_of_iran.zip) and in the scenery folder there're the well known GGSE and JGSE libraries without, in my opinion, any credit to the autor. In the readme file there're the warnings about the license owner who are PERSIAN-SIM only. I don't know if Paul Mitchell is a MAIW forum's member. Could someone do contact him?

I sure hope they have permission because I just checked the textures and they have modified John Stinstrom's original ones with Iranian logo's on the vehicles and such.

I was just about to ask if anyone else had downloaded that scenery. I haven't installed yet as I wasn't sure about it.
