Hornet Tomcat Flightplan help

Hey guys I have all the repaints and scenery for fallon however can anyone help me with figuring out the Hornet Tomcat flightplan which is a rar file. How do I correct it

CAPT, you will need a freeware program called "7-Zip" to decompile .rar files. Should be on the normal FS download sites.
