Helo Flight Characteristics

Howdy fellow simmers,

After downloading MAIWs' Apache Package I have been intrigued with how to develop these characteristics with my own ai helicopters. I went through the Apache's "Aircraft" file, but I can not figure out what has been done to give it, its STOL capabilities. Am I looking in the wrong location; any instight?
