Williamtown AFB NSW Australia YWLM

Post by Buzzard Sydney »

I am hoping somebody can convert the FS9 version and release an FSX version, I have read the how to do it but it is all too hard for me.
Is there a possibility a YWLM X could be done soon.

Thanks

Not on my plans to convert any of my prevous Australian sceneries to FSX native and with the MAIW team working overtime to keep up with there current FS9 projects, I doubt this base will ever get converted to FSX. I do believe my scenery was converted and now available as a freeware download for X-Plane 10 simulator for Apple Mac, Linux and Window users and also on professional flight simulators not available to the public.
May be somebody over at OZX forum will have the time to help you out with the removal of non-compatable models within that scenery like the tree's, etc.
Sorry about that!

Just as a follow up, I revisited this the other day and there isn't really much that can be done to improve it -- certainly not within my ability.

IMHO, this scenery is pretty good in FSX already.
