Gents, trying to swap these in to the RAF Coningsby pack wanted to confirm that 17(TES) squadron Tiffys were distributed to other units and 41(TES) still has Tornados? I read 17 is going to be the F-35 unit in Edwards AFB, CA.
Trying to make sure I get the right paints swapped into the flightplans.

Yep that's correct. 41 has Tornados and Typhoons now and 17 will become the F-35 OEU.
It's such a shame really cos when I was at Coningsby in 2006, 41 had Tornado GR4/F3, Harriers and Jaguars.

<NOSTALGIA>
Well in my day at CGY, 41 had FGR2's but that was a month or two before you.

Is it not best to make it up to date though Gary?

Well yeh I guess, but couldnt you swap them out, Im sure someone would paint them up for you. The FPs wouldnt have to change other than some text would they, and you could always add the old 17Sqn textures as an optional file for users. I know its picky but if this is going to be released then I reckon it should be as up to date as possible, especially as its one of MAIW's larger packages.
Upto you of course mate, but that would be my suggestion.
