This time it's Powidz (EPPW) also known as 33.Baza Lotnictwa Transportowego in Poland.
Based is 14.Eskadra Lotnicza eguiped with Lockheed C-130E Hercules.

Few remarks;
The buildings are fictive because I don't know how it looks behind the fences.
