Briefing: 2 Squadron DACT/ACM Exercise. 2 Hawks take off (VFR) from Langebaanweg AB on heading 319 following route AA2176 over the Blouwater Bay and Saldanha Bay, split and change roles to aggressor aircraft and ingress back into MOA airspace toward Langebaanweg AB. 2 Blue Force Gripens will be scrambled once the red force enters restricted airspace 2 Blue Force Gripens will be scrambled and take off and use primary radar to locate, identify and then intercept and engage targets. An Atlas Cheetah will already be airborne 36 miles out and will join the exercise as a red air third target for DACT against the Gripens. RTB when one team suffers 50% losses.
