MAIW 2 Problems

First I downloaded then extracted all USA "AFB" packages. then ran all installers. Checked my c:\flight simulator 9\aircraft folder and addon scenery folder and all are installed. I then activated the sceneries in fs9 then rebooted the sim. Airports work fine.

Then i installed all the voice mods using edit voice pack. there was quite a few entries marked in red because of duplicates. WOAI is installed as well (4gb of WOAI). I dont see why any of the two would clash.

I spawned my aircraft to KICT Tinker AFB Oklahoma City (my home town away from primary home town)I see a empty field. I spawn to McConnell AFB Wichita Kansas. I see aircraft flying. Now I know for a fact McConnell has aircraft in the air on a daily basis around the clock. No aircraft flew.

My parents used to live about 1 mile from McConnell AFB. I know I saw each time I go to visit them in the past their was quite a few KC 135's refuelers flying training missions. Everyone could see that.

Here in Oklahoma City I see if I am closer to KTIK near Del City I see some aircraft flying around.

Now I think maybe its a setting or something missing. I see the MAIW bgl files in flight simulator 9\scenery\world\scenery folder. So there are flight plans.

What has gone wrong? How do I fix it? i love to see both military and commercial planes in the skies. AI is set to 100 percent. ALL labels are on.

If your ramp looks empty, check the fs9 ai slider in the settings.

As you have already checked if your AI slider is at 100%, the next thing we recommend is to check if you haven't got any duplicate AFD files for the bases where you don't see any traffic on the ground (assuming you have properly installed and activated our scenery).

There are a couple of tools that can do this for you, like ScanAFD or Simple Airport Scanner (available on the ADE site).

Regarding the reason why you don't see any flying activity at certain bases, only the flightplanner can give you the specific reasons. But know that the FS9 AI engine isn't designed to cope with the same traffic volumes as in real life so we try not to overload the traffic patterns. You will also see little or no activity during weekends except for guard units, just to give you another example.
