John Youngs - Junkers Ju 52

Post by gsnde »

I was flying with Ju Air two months ago, and I can tell you - this here is like the real thing. John has done a marvelous job with this iconic aircraft. See what a looker she is...

the ju-52 are marvelous, but FS9 Dubendorf default (AFX_LSMD.bgl) looks strange...

I think we need a flatten and a VTPL file?

All I did was add the parking spots to the default AFCAD and it works fine on my PC. Is that actually the default FS9 LSMD? The airport polygon in your example is different to mine:

    Guenther,
It would seem that you have some addon mesh that has altered the height of the area. Try altering the height of the afcad and runways to see if it blends in better. If you don't have AFX if you work out the height you want I can quickly knock it up for you.

    thanks for you replies,

yes, it is a mesh and landclass problem (no real problem, just a tiny for me)

The mesh problem is sharpened because I had the "TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX_LEVEL" at 20.
    With 19 it is smoother...

Without my LSMD_ADE9_HGS_TER.bgl and LSMD_VTPP.bgl the Ju-52 are parked
within trees and buildings (autogen scenery).

So, if anybody wants to have my files, just write a line here ...
