Portland ANG pics

Post by StealthHellion »

Just downloaded the payware Portland Internation scenery from FlightScenery. Can't decide now whether I like this or Flytampa Sea-tac better.

Just thought I would post these pics to show the attention they gave the Oregon ANG. Check out the static F-15 display at the entrance, and parking of the KC-135 in the maint hanger.

Had to edit the parking to get Dan's ANG package traffic to park in the right places. Is anyone familiar with the area, and give any pointers? I know BRAC may send away the tankers, if they haven't already. Too bad, they look sweet parked in scenery (I have removed my civilian traffic while editing).

my F-15's are not painted correctly, I am using Nick's new model to keep my frames up for the time being. Nick, I know you've heard this before, but just thought I would say once again how much your hard work is appreciated. Your F-15's are incredible!

Nice screens, that scenery is excellent. I remember seeing the OANG Eagles at take off a few times since our cargo ramp was right by the departure end, a true assault on the ears. I could try to do a Portland Eagle repaint if you are interested, just need to get some reference material.

let me know

Many thanks again, I really appreciate it and I'm glad you like them. You gonna put together a package?

Looks like Weescotty has got the Oregon ANG Eagles covered with a really nice repaint so we can wait for his excellent work to be released.

Off to find some reference material for Cape Cod. :)

Thanks guys, I knew Dan had mentioned he was releasing his updated ANG packages, most likely with the F-15 model. I am going to add more parking spaces for the F-15's, they tend to want to park on the cargo ramp.

If anyone has this scenery, I would be happy to supply the edited AFCAD, my military traffic was parking at the terminals until I fixed 'em.

That scenery is one of my favorites!

If anyone wants to they can PM me your email address and I can send you my AFCAD for this scenery. My AFCAD has fixed parking spots for the F-15's and KC-135's.

I have FlightScenery's PDX and was wondering if a package was put together for that AFCAD?
