Turkey Anyone?

Post by col1948 »

Just by chance browsing I found this website, I wasn't looking for a virtual airline but glad I stopped to look.
I found they have included lots and I mean lots of scenery for Turkey, almost every airport in the country I think.
There is scenery for both FS9 and FSX, also now this is why I'm posting, there is about 5-6 airbases included and very good scenery too I might add.
A point worth mentioning, some of the scenery comes with installers so if you are like me I prefer to install manually so I directed them to a special folder first, any way take a look and try a few first and see what you think, I spent a full evening installing it all and I'm enjoying flying around there.
I have only FS9 on my PC and found that scenery very good so can't speak for the FSX but if it is as good or better as the FS9 then you are in for a treat.

FSX and FS9 offerings for Incirlick AB and Samandira AB on that site.

EDIT. I didn't check the other airbase scenery but Incirlick is just Matt Magner's excellent scenery hosted on their site, without permission I'm guessing.

I wouldn't know, the other civil scenery is very good also, I never thought of it being pirated, if it is that is.

I just did a quick search, I see the Incirlik airbase is on another site but it directs you to Flightsim and Avsim, so may be they are hosting it without his permission.
