RAF Waddington 2025

Post by shaggy22 »

Last Monday, 17/2/25, I went over to RAF Waddington to capture the arrival of a bunch of aircraft from the Royal Saudi Air Force, most notably 6 F-15SA's. Also to come from Saudi Arabia were multiple C-130 flights as well. Also the RAF based assets were very busy as well with multiple Shadow flights, 3 training sorties from the Red Arrows & a Thales Beech 200 as a nice visitor as well. The weather was okay apart from when the F-15's arrived, typically, when it went fairly dark. The only downside was an easterly wind that was beyond cold, I think I saw somewhere that it felt like -9C during the day. Maybe more to come if I go back up for the full Cobra Warrior exercise.
